Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for intermittent no-cooling. Upon inspection, found a 21C error code indicating a freezer evaporator fan motor issue. Connected diagnostics and confirmed the temperature fluctuated when the freezer fan intermittently failed. Ordered the freezer evaporator cover assembly, which includes the fan motor. Returned and installed the new evaporator cover assembly. Tested operation and verified the fan is operating properly and the 21C error code is no longer present. Advised the customer to monitor the refrigerator for approximately 24 hours while temperatures stabilize.
