Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for no cooling. Upon arrival, verified the compressor and all fans were running. Connected HASS and ran a service diagnostic report and Weak Cooling Test, which showed both the fresh food and freezer sections hovering around 40°F. Based on these findings, diagnosed a sealed-system issue, potentially caused by a refrigerant leak or restriction. Inspected the condenser and compressor area and found no visible traces of oil indicating an external leak. Explained the sealed-system warranty repair process to the customer, and she understood. Ordering the necessary parts to complete the repair. Customer declined repair.
