Repair Summary

Checked refrigerator for an intermittent no-cool condition. Upon inspection, also found ice buildup behind the ice maker assembly caused by a cracked ice bucket and failed ice maker sensor. Connected HASS and ran diagnostics, which showed compressor lock error codes, a main control board error, and an ice maker sensor error. Based on the purchase receipt currently on file, only the compressor is covered under the 5-year sealed-system warranty, which expires next month. Customer will contact Samsung to have the purchase date updated for warranty review. Ordering the compressor, filter drier, plug check, required Lokring fittings, main control board, ice maker, and ice bucket to complete the necessary repairs.
