Samsung Fridge - No Cool
Model: RF30BB6600APAA
Location: Saint James City, FL 33956
Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for no cooling. Upon arrival, verified the compressor and all fans were running. Connected HASS and ran a service diagnostic report and Weak Cooling Test, which showed both the fresh food and freezer sections hovering around 40°F, indicating a sealed-system issue caused by either a restriction or refrigerant leak. Inspected the condenser and compressor area and found no visible traces of oil. Returned and replaced both high-side couplers, filter drier, and service port. Pressurized the system to 350 PSI with nitrogen and bubble tested all repaired joints. The system lost approximately 3 PSI over 15 minutes. Repeated the pressure test and observed a similar but slower pressure drop. Evacuated the system to approximately 600 microns and recharged the refrigerator according to factory specifications. Restored power and confirmed the compressor and fans started properly with cool air circulating. Set temperatures accordingly and advised the customer to allow approximately 24 hours for cooling temperatures to stabilize and normal ice production to begin. Unit checks normal at this time.
