Repair Summary

Checked refrigerator for not cooling properly. Connected HASS and found multiple error codes for abnormal temperatures in both the fresh food and freezer compartments, along with an evaporator fan motor error. Further inspection found two separate issues: a defective freezer evaporator fan and a refrigerant leak at the high-side coupler. Replaced the freezer evaporator cover assembly containing the fan motor and reran HASS diagnostics, with all tests passing. Completed the sealed-system repair by replacing the leaking high-side couplers, filter drier, and installing a service port. Pressurized the sealed system with 350 PSI of nitrogen and monitored for 15 minutes, with a pressure drop of 1.9 PSI. Bubble checked all connections and found no leaks. Discharged the nitrogen, evacuated the sealed system to approximately 600 microns, and charged the refrigerator with 86 grams of refrigerant according to factory specifications. Advised the customer to allow approximately 24–48 hours for temperatures to stabilize and the refrigerator to return to normal operation.
