Repair Summary

Checked refrigerator for no cooling. Upon arrival, customer stated the refrigerator had started cooling normally again the previous day. Connected HASS and found a stored 21 error code for the freezer evaporator fan, which affects airflow and cooling in both the freezer and fresh food sections. Replaced the freezer evaporator cover assembly. During additional testing, found the large cube ice maker was not producing ice. Verified the ice maker was calling for water, but water was not passing through the filter housing. Ordered and replaced the filter housing. Tested operation after the repair and verified proper water flow was restored with no issues. Unit is operating properly at this time.
