Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for no cooling and a noise concern. Upon arrival, found the freezer evaporator cover extremely frozen over. Checked diagnostics and found three stored error codes. Completely thawed the freezer, removed all ice buildup, and wiped down the entire compartment. Replaced the evaporator cover assembly and defrost sensor. Ran HASS diagnostics and verified all tests passed with no additional issues. Cleared all stored error codes and cycled the ice maker for the customer. Advised the customer to allow approximately 24 hours for the refrigerator to return to proper cooling temperatures. Unit checks normal at this time.
