Repair Summary

Checked refrigerator for no ice production. Upon arrival, checked for error codes and none were displayed. Found the ice maker was turned off. Turned the ice maker back on and initiated a cycle, verifying it completed the cycle properly and filled with water. Attempted to connect HASS, but this refrigerator is not compatible. Checked compartment temperatures and found the freezer at approximately 26–27°F and the fresh food section at approximately 53°F, confirming a weak-cooling condition that is preventing normal ice production. Explained the findings and required sealed-system repair to the customer. Based on the refrigerator’s manufacturing date, the unit is outside the sealed-system warranty period.
