Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for ice maker not working. Upon inspection, verified good water pressure to the refrigerator. Initiated an ice maker harvest cycle and confirmed the ice maker cycled and filled with water properly. Found the ice maker had been turned off, likely accidentally while the customer’s cleaning service was at the home. Turned the ice maker back on and showed the customer how to verify and restore the ice maker setting if this occurs again. No mechanical issues found. Unit checks normal at this time.
