Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for no ice production. Connected HASS and ran the Weak Cooling Test; temperatures were within normal range and the refrigerator passed the test. The only stored error codes were 41 and 86, both related to communication between the main control board and hub. Replaced the ice makers and associated water fill tubes, then ran diagnostics and verified proper operation. Educated the customer that frequent door openings can affect ice production and contribute to frost buildup. Unit checks normal at this time.
