Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for no ice production. Upon arrival, inspected the ice room and found no frost buildup. Connected HASS and ran the Weak Cooling Test, which passed with no cooling issues found. Checked for error codes and found a 39C error indicating an ice maker fault. Provided the customer with a repair estimate, and the customer approved the repair. Replaced the ice maker and tested operation. Advised the customer to allow approximately 24 hours for normal ice production to begin. Unit checks normal at this time.
