Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for the lower ice maker not producing ice. Upon arrival, found the lower ice maker turned off at the display. Turned the ice maker on and attempted to manually cycle it using the reset button, but received no response. Connected HASS and ran a service diagnostic report, which showed a communication error related to the ice maker. Determined the lower ice maker requires replacement. Provided the customer with the repair option, which they declined. All other refrigerator functions check normal at this time.
