Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for no ice production and a broken French door mullion assembly. Connected diagnostics and found an active 49 error code indicating an auger fan failure. Also confirmed a 39 ice maker error, which requires replacement of the ice maker and main control board. Inspected the ice system and also found the ice bucket cracked. The refrigerator will require a new auger assembly, ice bucket, ice maker, main control board, and French door mullion assembly.
Due to the extent of the required repairs, the cost is beginning to exceed the value of the refrigerator. Customer will contact Samsung to see if any assistance is available.
