Samsung Fridge - No Ice & No Water Dispensing

Repair Summary

Checked refrigerator for no ice production and no water dispensing. Verified the refrigerator has a proper water supply. Upon inspection, found the water filter was not installed correctly (see picture). Properly seated the water filter and tested operation. Verified both ice makers filled with water, the AutoFill pitcher filled properly, and the refrigerator is now dispensing water normally (see video). Educated the customer that this model requires the water filter to be properly installed in order for the water dispenser to operate. Unit is working properly at this time.
