Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for no power. Customer stated the refrigerator was receiving power but was completely dead. Verified proper 120V supply to the main control board but found no power output from the board. Inspected the original control board and found a visible burnt area, confirming board failure. Provided the customer with an estimate for the repair, which was approved. Replaced the main control board and verified the refrigerator powered on and began operating properly. Advised the customer to allow approximately 24 hours for the unit to reach proper operating temperatures.
