Repair Summary

Checked refrigerator for no water dispensing. Upon arrival, tested the dispenser with the water filter installed and found only a small amount of water dispensing; with the filter removed, no water dispensed. Waited for the customer to return home to sign the required flooring waiver due to the refrigerator being installed on wood flooring. After receiving authorization, moved the refrigerator and verified good incoming household water pressure. Connected HASS, checked for stored error codes, and ran the Weak Cooling test, which passed with no errors or cooling issues found. Determined the water filter housing was restricting water flow and ordered a replacement. Returned and installed the new filter housing, then tested operation and flushed approximately one gallon of water through the dispenser. Verified good water flow, clear water, and no leaks. Unit checks normal at this time.
