Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for no water dispensing and the dispenser sticking during operation. Upon inspection, found the dispenser paddle broken. Replaced the dispenser paddle and water tank/case assembly. Tested operation and verified the dispenser is now functioning properly. Advised the customer to use a genuine Samsung water filter to help prevent damage to the newly installed water system components. Uploaded before-and-after videos documenting the repair. Unit checks normal at this time.
