Repair Summary

Checked refrigerator for no water and no ice production. Upon inspection, found the filter housing faulty. Ordered the correct filter housing and returned to complete the repair. Replaced the filter housing and tested operation. Verified the water dispenser is now operating properly with good water pressure. Cycled both ice makers and confirmed both filled with water properly with no additional issues. Unit checks normal at this time.
