Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for a noise complaint. Upon arrival, the reported noise was not present. Cycled the ice makers and found no abnormal noises. Customer described the intermittent noise as metallic. Explained that the noise could potentially be coming from the compressor, as the internal compressor assembly is supported by springs and can occasionally produce metallic sounds during operation. Unable to duplicate the concern during the visit. Ran the HASS Weak Cooling Test and diagnostics, and the refrigerator passed all tests with no errors or cooling issues found. Unit checks normal at this time.
