Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for food freezing and water dispensing concerns in the fresh-food section. Upon arrival, connected HASS and ran the Over Cooling test, which failed for the fresh-food compartment. Replaced the stepper valve and filter drier as part of the sealed-system repair, along with the water filter housing assembly. Pressure-tested all sealed-system connections with 353 PSI of nitrogen, then evacuated the system and recharged with 2.75 oz of refrigerant according to factory specifications. Verified water is now dispensing properly and the refrigerator is currently cooling correctly. Ran HASS diagnostics after the repair and the unit passed all tests with no additional issues. Also leveled the refrigerator door using the customer-provided C-clips. Advised the customer to allow approximately 24 hours for temperatures to stabilize and balance throughout the refrigerator. Unit checks normal at this time.
