Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for slow and intermittent ice production. Customer stated the ice maker produces ice very slowly, may stop producing for approximately two days, and then complete only one harvest cycle. Upon arrival, verified the freezer temperature was approximately -6°F. This is the second ice maker that has been installed for this concern, so the main control board was replaced and the refrigerator was tested with no error codes present afterward. Advised the customer to monitor ice production. If the issue returns, further diagnosis will be required for a possible communication or wiring issue between the ice maker and control system, since the ice maker has already been replaced twice and the main control board has now been replaced.
