Repair Summary
Checked microwave for the door not staying engaged. Inspected the unit and found there was no tension on the door latch. Removed the main control board to access and inspect the door switches and verified they were operating properly. Determined the door assembly was defective and required replacement. Installed the new door assembly and tested operation. Verified the door now latches properly and the microwave is heating and operating as designed. Unit checks normal at this time.
