Repair Summary
Checked microwave for touchpad issues. Upon arrival, tested the unit and found the number 5 button and the high and low fan speed buttons were not responding. Tested the remaining touchpad functions and found all other operations working properly. Determined the touchpad membrane will require replacement. The control board may also require replacement; however, this cannot be confirmed until the new membrane is installed and the unit is retested. No repairs performed at this time.
