Samsung Oven - No Power

Repair Summary
Checked oven for no power. Upon arrival, verified proper incoming voltage to the main control board with 240V present and 120V on each leg. Found the sub PCB was not receiving DC voltage. Advised the customer that the main control board would need to be replaced first to restore DC voltage to the display circuit and that the display/sub PCB could also require replacement once power was restored and further testing could be completed. Replaced the main control board and verified 12V DC was now being supplied to the sub PCB; however, the display remained inoperative. Determined the sub PCB was also defective and ordered the additional part. Returned and replaced the sub PCB, restoring power and display operation. Set the clock and date, preheated the oven, and tested all surface burners. Verified the oven heats properly and all burners regulate from high to low as designed. Unit checks normal at this time.
