Repair Summary
Checked range for a cracked cooktop. While replacing the cooktop, noticed the wall outlet was physically damaged. Advised the customer to have the damaged outlet replaced by a qualified electrician, as the condition could potentially cause an electrical short or other electrical issues in the future. Replaced the cooktop and tested operation. Unit is now operating properly with no issues found. Uploaded video documenting operation after the repair. Unit checks normal at this time.
