Repair Summary
Checked oven for error codes. Upon arrival, found the oven was set to Test Mode, which is an issue I have encountered several times before. Entered the settings and disabled Test Mode, then set the clock for the customer. Tested operation and verified the oven began heating properly with no errors or other issues. Also noticed the customer had a cover placed on the bottom of the oven cavity. Advised that this should not be used because it can cause damage that may not be covered by Samsung. Customer removed the cover immediately. Unit checks normal at this time.
