Repair Summary

Checked washer/dryer combo for not draining. Upon inspection, confirmed the drain pump had failed. Replaced the defective drain pump and ran diagnostics to verify proper operation. Unit passed all tests and is now draining properly. Also educated the customer on items that should not be washed in the unit to help prevent off-balance conditions. Unit checks normal at this time.
