Repair Summary
Checked washer for a 4C error code. Upon inspection, found the water inlet valve was clogged, restricting proper water flow. Replaced both water inlet valves and tested operation. During the repair, also found evidence of infestation around the main control board. The infestation is not related to the current 4C error or water valve failure; however, advised the customer of the condition and the potential for future damage to electronic components. Customer stated she will address the infestation. Washer is operating properly at this time.
