Repair Summary
Checked washer for water continuously entering the unit. Upon arrival, ran test mode and found water continued flowing throughout the entire test even when it was not being called for. Replaced the water inlet valves and pressure sensor, which corrected the issue. Also found the hot and cold water supply hoses were connected backwards and corrected the connections. Retested and verified water now turns on and off properly as commanded with no unwanted water entering the washer. Noted evidence of a previous pest infestation; however, no live pests were observed at the time of service. All checks good at this time.
