Repair Summary
Checked washer for detergent and water remaining in the dispenser drawer. Upon arrival, found the top cover of the dispenser housing broken. Connected HASS and found error codes related to the dispenser drawer. Replaced the dispenser housing and tested operation. Verified the washer is operating properly at this time. Further inspection found the dispenser drawer itself appears to be clogged and is restricting proper detergent dispensing. Advised the customer that a new dispenser drawer will be ordered to complete the repair.
