Repair Summary
Checked washer for error codes. Upon arrival, found a 9C8 error code indicating an electrical/control board fault. Explained the findings and repair cost to the customer, who approved the repair. Replaced the main control board, connected HASS, and programmed the washer’s serial number back into the new board. Ran a complete self-test and verified all tests passed with no error codes or additional issues. Unit checks normal at this time.
