Repair Summary
Checked washer for mildew buildup in the detergent dispenser. Upon arrival, found mildew buildup on both the dispenser and dispenser housing. Replaced the affected dispenser components and tested operation. Educated the customer on detergent and fabric softener use, recommending avoiding fabric softener when possible or diluting it if used to help prevent future buildup. Also reviewed proper cycle selection and use and care. Ran HASS diagnostics and verified all tests passed with no error codes or leaks after the repair. Unit checks normal at this time.
