Repair Summary
Checked washer for not draining. Upon inspection, found the drain pump was not running at all. Customer stated hair had previously been found inside the drain pump. Replaced the drain pump and tested operation. Verified the washer is now draining and operating properly. Advised the customer to clean the drain pump filter more frequently to help prevent future pump blockage and premature failure.
