Repair Summary

Checked washer for an intermittent squeaking and slight banging noise, which the customer believed occurred mostly during the spin cycle. Noted the washer is installed on a third-party metal pedestal, which produces a squeaking sound when the unit is slightly moved. Put the washer into service mode and forced a high-speed spin with no abnormal noises present. Added a load of towels for weight, saturated them, and completed another spin cycle with no abnormal noises found. Connected HASS and ran diagnostics with no error codes or component failures. Educated the customer on proper use and care, including load sizes, cycle selection, normal operating noises, and what noises may indicate a concern. Customer understood. Unit checks normal at this time.
