Samsung Washer - Not Advancing Through Cycle

Repair Summary
Checked washer for not advancing through the cycle. Upon arrival, started a Smart Install test. Washer filled with water properly but stopped when entering the wash portion and displayed a 3C4 motor error. Inspected the motor and found one power wire was loose and had partially pulled out of its connection. Repositioned and secured the connection and checked it multiple times to verify it would remain secure. Ran four additional test cycles without the error returning. Also inspected and secured the related wiring and housing to help prevent future connection or water-related issues. Unit is operating properly at this time. Advised the customer that if the 3C4 error returns, the wire harness may need to be replaced. Customer will continue testing the washer during normal use.
