Repair Summary
Checked washer for not starting. Upon inspection, found active error codes for the door lock and main board communication. Ran diagnostics and uploaded a video showing the door lock was not attempting to latch and the main control board was clicking. Replaced the main control board and cycled the door lock three times with no issues. Ran diagnostics and the unit completed testing with no problems. Advised the customer to monitor the washer and, if the issue returns, the door lock mechanism will need to be replaced.
