Repair Summary
Checked washer for going off balance. Checked the unit for error codes and found only an error related to the failed suspension assemblies. Replaced all four suspension assemblies as approved by the customer. Ran calibration mode and diagnostics, and the unit passed all tests. Showed the customer the difference before and after the repair and verified the tub is now significantly more stable with the new suspension assemblies installed. Unit checks normal at this time.
