Repair Summary
Checked washer for repeated unbalanced error codes preventing the customer from completing cycles. Connected HASS and ran a service diagnostic report, which showed multiple stored UB error codes. Cleared the codes and tested all components, with all other functions operating properly. Inspected the suspension and found it had failed, allowing the basket assembly to bounce excessively with little to no tension. Advised that the suspension assemblies would need to be replaced. Customer also reported an odor even after washing clothes. Removed the wash plate and found buildup and bacterial growth underneath, which was contributing to the odor. Showed the customer the findings and provided education on proper washer use, cleaning, and maintenance. Customer declined the repair and elected to replace the washer.
