Repair Summary
Checked washer for out-of-balance concerns. Upon arrival, started a cycle and immediately observed that the drum was no longer properly aligned. Determined that a complete tub assembly rebuild would be required to correct the issue. Explained the findings to the customer and submitted a request to the warranty company for the required parts and repair. After reviewing the repair request, the warranty company declined to authorize further repairs and advised that they would contact the customer directly regarding an alternative resolution. No repairs performed.
