Repair Summary
Checked washer for customer complaint that the unit was not operating properly and that the Child Lock and Smart Control functions were activating. Upon inspection, removed the Child Lock setting and connected HASS to run the Overall Check, which the washer completed successfully. Ran a Quick Wash cycle and verified the washer filled, washed, drained, and spun properly. Uploaded a video documenting proper operation. No mechanical issues found at this time. Advised the customer to monitor the washer and contact service if the issue occurs again. Unit checks normal at this time.
