Repair Summary
Checked washer for an out-of-balance condition and water leaking into the tub. Upon arrival, found the suspension rods beginning to weaken. Replaced all four suspension rods and the water inlet valve. Ran the washer through a full self-test diagnostic cycle and verified all tests passed with no error codes or leaks. Unit checks normal at this time.
