Repair Summary
Checked washer for standing water remaining in the door bellow. Upon inspection, found the bellow drain ports clogged, preventing water from draining properly. Also found mold buildup and an odor coming from the bellow. Replaced the door bellow and thoroughly flushed and cleared all drain ports. Tested the washer after installation and verified all functions are operating as designed with no leaks. Educated the customer on proper maintenance and recommended running a Clean Washer cycle approximately once every two weeks to help prevent future mold, odor, and buildup. Unit checks normal at this time.
