Whirlpool Dishwasher - Broken Upper Rack

Repair Summary

Checked dishwasher for a broken upper rack. Customer showed that the upper rack was falling on the right side and would not reattach properly. Upon inspection, found the plastic rack adjuster damaged. Whirlpool has updated this design to a metal rack adjuster assembly. Replaced the original adjusters with the updated metal rack adjuster kit. Tested operation and verified the upper rack adjusts up and down properly and slides in and out smoothly. No other issues found. Unit checks normal at this time.
