Repair Summary
Checked dishwasher for not washing properly. Customer was not home at the time of service but provided permission to enter the property. Entered diagnostics and found no stored error codes. Ran an Automatic cycle and verified the dishwasher filled, circulated, and drained properly. Inspected the spray arms and found the upper and lower spray arms clogged and not spraying/rotating properly. Also inspected the garbage disposal and verified it was clear with no restriction. Returned and replaced both the upper and lower spray arms, then ran a diagnostic cycle and verified proper operation. No water leaks were present after testing. Unit checks normal at this time.
