Repair Summary
Checked freezer for no cooling. Upon inspection, found the compressor was not running and determined the electronic components had been damaged, likely due to a recent thunderstorm/power event. Replaced the inverter and thermostat and tested operation. Compressor is now running and the freezer is operating properly. Advised the customer to allow approximately 24 hours for the freezer to reach proper operating temperature and to monitor the unit for any additional issues. Unit checks normal at this time.
