Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for the freezer door being difficult to open. Upon inspection, found the freezer drawer was stiff when opening. Inspected the drawer rails and found slight frost buildup and minor corrosion on both rails. Applied heat to the rails, cleaned them with a warm towel, and applied lubricant to improve operation. Tested the freezer drawer and verified it is now opening and closing smoothly. Advised the customer that if the issue returns, both the left and right drawer rails may need to be replaced. Unit checks normal at this time.
