Whirlpool Fridge - Ice Maker Not Working

Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for ice maker not working. Ran diagnostics and verified the ice maker would cycle; however, when forcing a fill, found the fill tube frozen again. The fill tube and heater had recently been replaced. Contacted Whirlpool Techline and was advised to replace the water inlet valve. Replaced the water inlet valve, cycled the ice maker, and verified it filled with water properly. Checked for leaks and found none. Refrigerator is operating according to manufacturer specifications at this time. Customer will continue to monitor ice production.
