Repair Summary

Checked refrigerator for no cooling. Upon arrival, found the compressor was not running. Installed a new start device and capacitor, then tested operation. Compressor started properly and the refrigerator began cooling. Checked for ice maker error codes and found none. Cycled the ice maker and verified it completed the harvest cycle correctly but did not fill with water. Checked the water supply and found little to no water pressure reaching the refrigerator. Customer has a reverse osmosis system under the sink and was advised to contact a plumber or RO service provider to correct the water pressure issue. Also educated the customer on using the correct water filter for the refrigerator. All other functions check normal at this time. Advised the customer to allow approximately 24 hours for proper cooling and, once the water supply issue is corrected, to contact us if the refrigerator still does not dispense water or produce ice.
