Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for no ice production. Upon inspection, found ice present in the ice maker tray but the ice maker was not harvesting or dispensing the ice. Replaced the ice maker and tested operation. Verified the new ice maker cycled properly right away. Advised the customer not to push the refrigerator too far back against the wall, as this can kink or damage the water supply line and potentially cause a leak. Positioned the refrigerator where the customer requested. Unit checks normal at this time.
