Whirlpool Fridge - No Ice / Leaking Ice Maker

Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for ice maker leaking and no ice production. Customer stated the ice maker had been leaking prior to completely stopping ice production. Found the ice maker turned off upon arrival; however, this was not the cause of the failure. Inspected the ice maker and found it cracked (see pictures). Attempted to cycle the ice maker and found it would attempt to harvest but only jerk back and forth without completing a full harvest cycle, confirming the ice maker was faulty. Also found low water pressure at the dispenser and verified low incoming water pressure at the wall. Unit is connected to a reverse osmosis system under the sink. Advised the customer that the faulty ice maker could be replaced, but ice production would remain low until proper water pressure is restored. Customer agreed. Replaced the ice maker and tested operation. Advised the customer that normal ice production should resume once the reverse osmosis/water supply issue is corrected.
